There is the proper storoke order to write every single Hiragana letter.

You should know this. If I wrote Hiragana in a wrong way, people
might think I'm stupid or uneducated lol You guys are "gaijin"
(foreigners), so you would not be considered as a stupid or
uneducated perosn. But it's better to know :)

That was the correct stroke order to write Hiragana letters.
The figure of those letters on the video was written with a brush.
So you don't really have to copy the figure of the letters.
You can just write like

あいうえお
